One thing I can say about this brand is they have great customer service, I got this bag after commenting on an instagram post sad about it not being in stock and they put it back in stock and informed me in my dm. Very gracious and explanatory throughout the buying process. Easy to contact. The bag is also cute + doubles as a nice piece for defence🤣. Will be buying again🫶🏾.
